Getting Started

Are you interested in utilizing the services that Paws & Relax has to offer? Getting enrolled is easy as 1-2-3.

1) Download and complete the Enrollment Form. This can be submitted in person, via fax (888-233-1699), or email.

2) Submit proof of current vaccinations. These documents can also be submitted in person, via fax, or email. All dogs must be current on vaccinations against Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus. Additionally, it is required that all dogs be vaccinated against Bordetella every 6 months. All dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered, healthy and free of communicable diseases (within the past 30 days).

3) Once the enrollment form and proof of vaccinations have been received, one of our team members will review your documents and contact you to schedule your dog's "interview". During the interview, between 30 and 60 minutes, your dog will be gradually introduced to all of the dogs, large and small, that are at the facility for the day. Our dedicated team of handlers will monitor your dog's temperament throughout the interview, in order to ensure that there are no signs of aggressive behaviors, anxiety, or excessive barking. We are unable to schedule an interview until all documentation has been received, and reviewed by management.

We are unable to accept any pet that has previously bitten or injured other dogs, animals, or people; or any dog showing the following breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, or Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Any ‘mixed breed’ dog that has any unacceptable breed as part of the dog’s lineage is unacceptable.
